What are your minimum order quantities?
Private label runs start at 1,000 units per SKU, with better pricing from 3,000 units per SKU. Exact MOQs depend on the product and level of customisation, so contact our sales team for details.
Do you offer custom packaging design?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create packaging to match your brand guidelines, or we can work with your own dielines and artwork.
Are your products safety tested?
Our core materials meet global safety standards, including EN71 and ASTM D-4236. We can arrange lab testing for your custom kits; testing fees are charged to the client.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead time is generally around 45 days after design approval and deposit. Very complex kits or peak-season orders can take longer.
Do you manufacture air-dry clay?
Yes, for large-volume retail programmes. Get in touch with your expected quantities and markets and we'll let you know what's possible.
